Briana was outstanding! Very knowledgeable, quick response times & always stayed in communication with me to see how things were going. I have had raccoons living in my attic for quite some time & i had 2 other companies come out in a 3 month time frame & neither one of them were successful. I found this company & briana came out set traps & got all of the raccoons! I could not believe that a woman took care of a ongoing problem in a week & a half vs 2 different companies full of men who were unsuccessful within a 3 month span! I would highly highly recommend this company for any issues you may have!

Very fast response to my phone call. Within an hour, I was contacted that someone was on her way and she showed up exactly when she told me she would. She explained the procedure for setting a raccoon trap and told me the costs. I was very pleased with her service. Hopefully, the raccoons will be trapped and removed quickly. Followup: one raccoon was trapped and removed promptly. A second trap was left in place for a week and then removed. All in all, excellent service.

Thank you for coming out to protect our grandchildren. It was unfortunate that the bat died but to feel that we had someone to call upon just in case it may have been ill, was a stress reducer. Thanks for taking the time to educate us on the brown bat. We all learned so much.

A bat made its way into my house and I was freaking out and didn’t know what to do. It was a Saturday late in the afternoon and I called many numbers. This company was the only one to respond with being able to come out right away and Brianna found it within 10 minutes and took care of everything for me! She was amazing! My loving dog sable died of a massive heart attack they came right out consoled me in which I never stopped crying. They handle him with great care and I am having him cremated in a wooden box and they are arranging a paw prints of my baby. Thank you for all you did! This was.a devastating time in my life.

I called Animal Control saying "Help"! Our AC repair person discovered the problem was a little flying squirrel had made it's way down a vent & into the heater-ac unit. It got caught up in a wheel.
Diana from Animal Control was here quickly and, just as quickly, removed the dead little rodent.

Saturday morning we woke up to a bat in the house. Panicked I called animal control and the gentleman that answered the phone, answered all my questions and sent Briana out to pick up the bat. Briana was great, she came and explained what would happen and when to expect the rabies test results. She answered all my questions. Today I was looking for results and Briana called me back to make sure I received them. I greatly appreciate their help and response !!!!
